Had a great dinner here on short notice tonight. Went in and got seated outdoors almost immediately vs the 40+ minute waits at Il Fornaio and Puesto. Inside was well air-conditioned, outside had a relaxed backyard ambiance with pergola screens and thick glass perimeters. Ordered the ahi poke stack, mac and cheese balls, a spicy fried chicken sandwich with fries, and my friend had the 28-day bone marrow burger. Had a side of ranch and firecracker aioli to compliment my chicken sando. From taste, the aioli is probably mayo mixes with a vinegary buffalo hot sauce. - The rice actually went pretty well with everything else in the poke stack. Blended seamlessly with the creamy avocado. Nice citrusy sauce throughout. - Mac and cheese balls are always great. Could be served a little hotter. I'd double up next time. - Chicken sandwich was textbook. Chicken could have been juicier from being brined longer, but not a bad sandwich and very filling. Good fries. Might upgrade to truffle fries next time. Wish they had garlic fries & a garlicky aioli. - Had a bite of the bone marrow burger. Felt like it could have used some cheese to round everything out. Missing texture as well. Perfect medium rare. Enjoyed pretty much everything, service was great, chill casual dinner vibes. Haven't been back to Eureka in 6+ years, but now I'll come more frequently. Solid 4/5.

TL;DR 5 star for customer service I had lunch here, and overall, it was a great experience. The ambiance was nice--not too packed--and since I was dining alone, I grabbed a seat at the bar. I started with the Peach Buzz Sangria, which was a little tart but still really good, strong. For my meal, I ordered the NY strip steak medium rare, but when it arrived, it was definitely not cooked to the right temperature. These situations can be a little nerve-wracking because you want to enjoy your meal without feeling like you're inconveniencing the staff. However, I also believe that if a restaurant makes a mistake, they deserve the opportunity to fix it rather than being unfairly criticized online. So, I spoke up, and the manager came out right away. Within seconds, she confirmed that the steak wasn't medium rare and took it back to be redone. While I waited, they offered me a Caesar salad, which was a nice touch. When my new steak arrived--this time cooked perfectly to medium rare--it was absolutely delicious, especially with the bone marrow butter. What really impressed me, though, was the customer service. Not only did they correct the mistake quickly and provide a salad while I waited, but they also comped my steak, which I didn't expect at all. That level of service was beyond generous, and it made a lasting impression. So of course I tipped very generously (and yes it was a percentage on the original non-comped bill) I would 100% come back just for the outstanding customer service alone. Mistakes happen, but the way a restaurant handles them speaks volumes--and Eureka! nailed it. 10/10 experience!

One of my favorite places to always come back to. Happy Hour is great. Appetizers are wonderful. Main courses are even better. I always come back for the Fish & Chips but today took a different turn with our awesome waiter, Tyler. His service was 10/10. Food came on time, in fact, earlier than my usual wait and multiple condiments! Come and ask for him when you stop by, tell him Tony sent ya!

Great ambiance, super friendly and welcoming service, delicious carrot fed (!) burgers, great drinks, excellent happy hour every time! We love this place and always look forward to coming back. Thanks to the kind servers for their outstanding service -- last time we had sweet Senna and tonight we had warm, welcoming Steven. So happy to find a neighborhood favorite we can come back to again and again!

On a chilly Friday evening, I was struggling to find restaurants still open late at night. I called ahead and found that this restaurant's last call was at 11:30, which meant we would still make it. So, excited I went to this restaurant with a friend for a nice peaceful dinner. We were quickly seated and the server helped us out right away. After listening to some suggestions we made our choices. My burger was scrumptious and her salad was delectable. We also ordered the ahi tuna tower appetizer which was really nice with the chips. Our drinks were also really smooth and delicious. I'd come back here. (May or may not have gotten food poisoning here, but I'd still come back)
